The Chilhowie Warrior Volleyball Team will be holding their Warriors for a Cure game tonight, hosting the Rural Retreat Indians. This game is held to help raise awareness for breast cancer. Throughout the night there will be drawings and a silent auction for items donated by the community. Players will be selling baked goods and tshirts. They will also be selling pink ribbons in honor or in memory of loved ones who have had breast cancer or any cancer. These ribbons can be purchased for $1 from any team member or at the game tonight. They will be displayed on the bulletin board in the CMS/gym lobby for the month of October. All proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Cancer Outreach of Southwest Va.
